Terms and Conditions

Guests must provide all information truthfully and completely.
Guests agree to follow the campsite rules. In addition, the Tyrolean Camping Site Law applies.
Campingplatz Seemühle may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. New conditions become valid once they are published on our website.
Only the prices and Terms and Conditions shown on our website are valid. Information on other websites, camping apps, or similar platforms may not be correct.
If one part of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, all other parts will still remain valid. The invalid part will be replaced by a new rule that is as close as possible to the original meaning.
The campsite may adjust prices during the season if costs increase significantly.
We will try to consider requests for a specific pitch, but we cannot guarantee a certain pitch. We also reserve the right to change a guest’s pitch if necessary (for example for operational reasons, ground conditions, pitch size, or extension of another guest’s stay).
To confirm a booking, guests must pay a deposit of 60% of the total booking amount.
If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival, the guest will receive a refund minus a processing fee of €50.
(If the deposit paid was less than €50, the full deposit will be refunded.)
For cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival, no refund is possible, including partial refunds.
Guests may move their stay to another date within the same season until 15 September, if a suitable pitch is available. Please contact us to arrange new dates together.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
